    Do you know what fuel types my MG3 Core will run best with?

    I have recently purchased a 2021 MG3 Core. My query is about octane of the petrol to use. The Dealer says 95 RON, the owner’s manual says 91 or above. Your review of this car says 91 RON in one part of the article, but PULP (95) in another part. Given the cost of fuel these days, I would rather use 91 RON if possible. Do you have any advice?

    There has certainly been some confusion over this with some MG dealers telling owners that 95-octane fuel was necessary. But it seems MG Australia has now confirmed that the car will be happy on 91-octane fuel, so that’s good news for you and your wallet.
