There is a brake rumble or vibration from the rear of my 1998 Daihatsu Terios after driving for about an hour, but sometimes not at all. I changed the tyres, cleaned out the brake dust, reduced the pressure in the tyres, tried everything really, but still it comes back. It?s good car apart from that, but the brake rumble is so bad at times that passengers make comments, which is a bit embarrassing. Any suggestions?
Service, or even replace, the wheel bearings.
