I own a DS5 which is the first Citroen I have had. I bought it in October 2013. I was drawn to it for the cabin space and ease of access and I find it very comfortable to ride in especially on long trips. The main design fault I have identified is the sloping windscreen, which does not allow water to be cleared in heavy rain even with the wipers on high speed. My biggest disappointment is with Citroen Australia and its total lack of interest to follow through with a complaint about ineffective servicing and the delay getting spare parts here.
There has been a recent change of management at Citroen and headquarters is not happy to hear of your experience. You can expect a prompt call from the customer care chief.
