Mitsubishi Outlander 2012: Starting problems

For the second time in as many months my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander wouldn't start. The first time I was told the battery must be sulphated and it was replaced. Then it happened again. This time they have no answers and have no projected "fix" time. They are trying to make us take our car back without having fixed it and to "assist in finding the fault” they want us to take a part out every day and replace it before driving. I am refusing to take the car back without it being 100 percent fixed. Has anyone else had a similar problem?

We haven't heard of anyone else having this problem, and it would seem the dealer hasn't either, as he is apparently probing around in the dark in the hope of finding the cause. At this stage I would suggest it's better to work with the dealer in trying to find the cause of the problem and fix it than it is to dig your heels in and probably achieve except get frustrated.
