Cherokee multimedia failure

I am beside myself as I have a 2012 Jeep Cherokee that has a radio, satnav, reverse camera, USB outlet and, more importantly, Bluetooth that just stop working. My dealer tells me I am out of warranty and it will cost $2500-$5000 to replace. Is there anything I can do to have them re-look at the warranty though goodwill?

Jeep is committed to helping you and company boss Pat Dougherty says the car will be fixed at no cost.
