My 2010 Toyota Kluger has had a clunk in the front steering or suspension and it is noticeable through the steering column when turning at low speeds or turning over bumps. The Toyota dealer could not find anything wrong at the first few services, but at the last service at 40,000km they found the clunking and told me it is a problem with the car that Toyota does not have a fix for as yet. They stated they have tried replacing every item in the front-end and have not been able to get rid of it. The clunking has progressively got worse and is now noticeable every time you turn or go over bumps and is very unnerving to drive. Where to from here to get this problem fixed?
Back to the dealer and have them replace the intermediate steering shaft, it's a common problem.
