The Levorg tourer prototype hits Japan's showroom floors late next year but no confirmation for other markets.

The sports wagon comes with a choice of two flat-four engines: 1.6-litre 125kW/250Nm or 2.0-litre 221kW/400Nm drivetrains. Both matted to a CVT transmission.

The Levorg gains Subaru's next generation 'Eyesight' safety technology with adaptive cruise control, emergency stop signal, brake light recognition, lane-keeping and pre-collision reverse throttle and braking system of speeds up to 50km/h.
