Ranger up: Australia's most popular ute now more expensive as Ford Ranger pricing increased for 2024

Ford’s ute has been given a very modest price increase across the range.

Pricing for the most popular ute, and vehicle overall, in Australia has been bumped up slightly ahead of the new year.

The 2024 Ford Ranger is now a little more expensive than before, with the XL variants of both 4x2 and 4x4 utes now up by $200, meaning the two-wheel-drive Ranger starts at $36,380 before on-road costs, and the 4x4 from $47,480.

All XL and XLS grade prices have increased by the same $200, although the higher grades in the line-up are a little less gentle.

The 2.0-litre bi-turbo XLT and XLT Sport, as well as the Wildtrak, all cop a $500 increase.

Any Ranger with a 3.0-litre V6 - including the petrol engine of the Raptor - is now $1200 more expensive than previously, making the Ford Performance Raptor an $87,990 offering.

The recently introduced Ranger Wildtrak X is the only variant that escapes a price increase, remaining at $75,990.

Full pricing changes for the Ford Ranger line-up can be found below in the tables for 4x2 and 4x4 versions, with pricing differences compared to previous costs included.
