Want a free Rolls-Royce and Lamborghini? Buy this $38m penthouse

By James LisleJames Lisle
You know you've made it when the realtor starts throwing Rolls-Royces into deals.

Presumably designed for the winner of the record-breaking $2.25b jackpot in the US, this Miami Beach penthouse scores everything you could ever want in your dream home, cars included.

Let’s face it, there are plenty of homes out there that feature cool garages – like this 12-space unit that views the landscape – but how many of them include actual cars?

  • Residents also get a daily breakfast bar, room service, a private cinema, cigar lounge with personal humidors, golf simulator, children’s playroom, teens’ game room, and private spa facilities. Located at The Mansions at Acqualina on Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, this $38 million (AUD $51.5m) penthouse features every drop of opulence you’d expect from a 47th floor, ultra-luxury home: floor-to-ceiling windows with motorized blinds, a glass-bottom indoor pool, and crocodile-embossed furnishings.

Oh, and a private two-car garage filled with a 350km/h Lamborghini Aventador Roadster and twin-turbo V12 Rolls-Royce Cullinan - for your own private use!

The latter of which is available for “Bespoke Commission at any Rolls-Royce Motor Cars authorized dealer”, says Acqualina.

That RR dealership would likely be the Braman Rolls-Royce Miami dealership, located just 20.1km away. Don't fret however, as The Acqualina brand also happens to have the largest collection of independently owned RRs in the world, with 'The Mansions' itself using a Ghost Series II as a house car. Sweet!
