A valued member of Audi's performance SUV portfolio, the SQ8 doesn't hold back with its twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8.
Having said that, it's a little bit more refined than the Urus-based RSQ8, offering a genuinely luxurious ride when it isn't in performance mode. Even when it is its not too far off its Italian cousin.
The line-up currently starts at $173,090 for the SQ8 E-Tron and ranges through to $178,815 for the range-topping SQ8 4.0 Tfsi Quattro.
The Q8 comes in nine colours, including 'Carrara White', 'Glacier White Metallic', 'Satellite Silver Metallic', 'Mythos Black Metallic', 'Waitomo Blue Metallic', 'Chilli Red Metallic', 'Daytona Gray Pearlescent', 'Ascari Blue Metallic' and 'Sakhir Gold Metallic'.
The interior is luxuriously appointed with black leather upholstery and a mix of high-end materials and soft touchpoints. The angular dashboard features the sharp Audi design aesthetic and is headlined by three high-end technology screens. A sunroof and black headliner round out the premium look and feel.
The Q8 50 TDI quattro S line has six-cylinder turbo-diesel engine combined with a 48V mild hybrid electric component and produces 210kW/600Nm.
