I can't seem to get 80 litres of fuel in my 2010 Nissan Navara diesel no matter what I do. I've run it dry on three occasions and still only manage to get 70 litres into the tank. Could you shed some light on this matter?
80 litres is the volume of the tank, but that’s allowing for expansion of the fuel as the temperature rises, so you will never get the full 80 litres into it. The 70 litres you’re able to get in is about right.
