WE HAVE a 1996 Toyota Lexcen CSi that we bought new and has now done 55,800km. While driving recently I noticed the roof lining starting to sag, then it came down on our heads. Is this a problem with Toyota or is mine just one in a million? What can be done to fix the problem?
YOUR car is a rebadged VS Holden Commodore built by Holden for Toyota when Holden and Toyota were sharing models. The headlining dropping is not a common problem, though it was once fairly common in older cars. Take it to a trimmer and have them refit it, making sure it is fitted correctly.
