You may recall that I recently asked about the service interval indicator on my Nissan Navara ST-X BlackLine Edition V6 3.0-litre turbo-diesel indicating service intervals of 20,000 km, which correct for America, but not for Australia where the recommended service interval is 10,000 km. I asked why Nissan wouldn't alter the indicator for cars sold here. Any updates?
We did contact Nissan and asked them why it hadn't been changed, and we were told that there is a flash upgrade available that will correct your vehicle. The simplest solution, they suggested was for you to call Nissan's customer assistance centre on 1800 035 035. They are waiting for your call and I am told they will get arrangements underway.
