    Toyota Kluger 2012: Is the intermediate driving shaft covered under warranty?

    The intermediate driving shaft on my 2012 Toyota Kluger was replaced. It has had the 110,000 km service that it’s not covered by a warranty. When I asked to confirm with Toyota they said they would get back to me. I rang the Toyota dealer and asked what had happened and was told I was out of my warranty. When I asked him to recheck, as we had another month left on the warranty he put me on hold and came back with only some parts of the steering is covered and the part replaced is not. It just does not seem right. When I said I wanted to talk to Toyota about the problem he hung up.

    Talk directly to Toyota’s customer assistance service (1800 869 682) and clarify what part was replaced, and why they say it isn’t covered by the warranty.
