Toyota Land Cruiser Prado dual-fuel V6

I'm thinking of buying a 2002 Toyota Landcruiser Prado dual-fuel V6. It's done 203,000 km, has a bull bar, tow bar, full length alloy roof rack, UHF CB, 16-inch Sunraysia steel wheels, EFS 2-inch suspension kit, and seems to be in good condition. A roadworthy is not included. Is $10,900 a good price?

It's in the range for an average Prado of that age. If it is good condition, as you claim, it sounds a reasonable price.
