The BMW 440i Coupe is priced from $99,900 and replaces the 435i Coupe in the 4 Series range, which is itself a spin-off of the 3 Series.

This list price is $20,000 more than the 430i Coupe below it. The 2016 update adds additional equipment including Adaptive M suspension, a heads-up display, a leather dash, harman-kardon stereo, surround-view camera, active cruise control and lane departure warning.

The entire 440i line uses BMW’s 3.0-litre six-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine that produces 240kW and 450Nm. It’s teamed with a standard eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. A six-speed manual gearbox is a no-cost option.

Is the 440i Coupe your pick of the new 4 Series range? Tell us why, or why not, in the comments below.
