Ford Ka

Ford Ka

FROM
$2,420

Ford’s city-sized Ka is a three-door hatch unashamedly pitched at the youth market from 1999 to 2003.

Weighing just 955kg, the 1.3-litre, four-cylinder, petrol-powered four-seater was offered as a (rubbery) five-speed manual only.

Performance (peak power is 43kW!) just got over the line as ‘adequate’. But claimed combined cycle fuel economy of 7.2L/100km wasn’t anything to write home about.

The line-up currently starts at $2,420 for the Ka 2 and ranges through to $4,070 for the range-topping Ka (base).

Ford Ka FAQs

Ka spells trouble

THEY are not the easiest cars to move. They were aimed at trendy young girls when new and that's really your target market now. Yes, $4500 is a little low, but I can understand why the dealer would offer you that; he probably doesn't want it. I would think you could get $5000-$5500 for it selling privately.
