The $32,500 Mitsubishi ASX LS AWD diesel small SUV was updated in December 2017, and is based on a car that was released in 2010.
The XLS sits fourth in a range of five, and is above the $25,000 LS petrol powered manual, the CVT gearbox-equipped LS at $27,000 and the XLS 2WD petrol at $31,500. It sits below the XLS AWD diesel at $37,000.
The LS features climate control air conditioning, reversing camera with sensors, keyless entry, a 6.1-inch multimedia screen with Bluetooth (no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto), cloth trim and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Built in Japan, the diesel ASX uses a 2.2-litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel, along with a traditional six-speed automatic transmission. The direct injection engine makes 110kW of power and 360Nm of torque.
