It might have only launched eight months ago, but Haval Australia has given the Jolion small SUV its second price increase.
All three Jolion variants have once again become $1000 more expensive, with the entry-level Premium, mid-range Lux and flagship Ultra now priced from $27,490, $29,990 and $32,990 driveaway, respectively.
Haval Australia has been contacted by CarsGuide to confirm if the MG ZS, Mitsubishi ASX, Mazda CX-30, Hyundai Kona and Subaru XV rival’s standard equipment has been correspondingly changed, although that doesn’t seem to be the case.
For reference, the Jolion is motivated by a 110kW/210Nm 1.5-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine, which sends drive to the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Standard equipment in the Premium includes 17-inch alloy wheels, roof rails, rear privacy glass, a 10.25-inch touchscreen multimedia system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, and fabric upholstery.

Advanced driver-assist systems extend to front autonomous emergency braking (with pedestrian and cyclist detection), lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, traffic sign recognition, driver attention alert, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, a reversing camera and rear parking sensors.
The Lux adds LED lights, a six-speaker sound system, a 7.0-inch multifunction display, heated front seats (including six-way drive power adjustment), dual-zone climate control, ComfortTek artificial leather upholstery, a leather-trimmed steering wheel, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and surround-view cameras.

Meanwhile, the Ultra also gets 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia system, a head-up display and a wireless smartphone charger.
