A rival for another French light-commercial vehicle - the Renault Kangoo - the Citroen Berlingo is a small delivery van that has been sold in Australia across three generations.
Citroen and Peugeot’s importer decided to focus on Peugeot for its LCV offerings in the late 2010s and as a result dropped the likeable Berlingo from the Australian roster.
The line-up currently starts at $9,240 for the Berlingo M Confort VTI and ranges through to $20,020 for the range-topping Berlingo XL Confort Blue HDI.
While French cars aren't always a picture of reliability if they are maintained well and serviced regularly they can be just as reliable as other small European vans.

You can, but this will reduce the van's load-carrying ability and is not easy as the market for supplying modified Citroen parts in Australia is next to non-existent. There are legal issues about roadworthiness surrounding lowered commercial vehicles, too.
