Daihatsu Terios Review, For Sale, Specs, Models & News in Australia

FROM
$2,090

The Daihatsu Terios is a little SUV made from 1997 but was discontinued in Australia when the brand closed down locally in 2005.

A short wheel base, good approach and departure angles, plus a decent all-wheel drive made the Terios a fun favourite for a bit of light off-roading on beaches and dirt tracks.

The upgrade in 2000 brought a more powerful 1.3-litre twin-cam engine making 120kW which felt like far more grunt than that thanks to the light weight of this tiny SUV.
A five-seater soft roader that’s easy to work on for those who know how to use spanners.

The line-up currently starts at $2,090 for the Terios DX (4X4) and ranges through to $4,840 for the range-topping Terios SX (4X4).
