In 2017 Holden updated and renamed its Colorado7 SUV to create the Trailblazer.
Apart from the new name, the Trailblazer also scored a slew of upgrades over its predecessor including tech and safety updates, as well as an upgraded version of the 2.8-litre diesel engine.
It still shared much of its ladder chassis and subsequent off-road ability with the Colorado ute, although the Trailblazer range was 4x4 only.
Prices ranged from the entry-level $27,720 Trailblazer LT (4X4) to the $40,810 Trailblazer Z71 (4X4).
The name-change and updates came to better position the Trailblazer against rivals like the Toyota Fortuner, Isuzu MU-X and Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.
The Trailblazer was retired along with the rest of the Holden brand by the end of 2020.
This vehicle is also known as The Holden Trailblazer is also known as Chevrolet Trailblazer in markets outside Australia..

The Holden Traiblazer shares a lot with the Colorado ute that it's based upon, and that includes an interior that looks good on first impression, but has some cheap elements to the trim, particularly the leather. As you'll see in these images, the dashboard trim is rugged but feels harsh, but it has a good media screen and practicality in the cabin is good. There are seven seats, and adults can fit in the third row.
The following Holden Trailblazer is available with seven seats. The LT variant comes with Jet Black cloth seat trim. The LTZ variant is available with Jet Black leather appointed seat trim. The Z71 variant also comes with Jet Black leather appointed seat trim with additional Z71 embroidery on the front headrests.
