Call Honda directly on 1800 804 954 and tell them of your experience. Dealers should not be pressuring you to have your car serviced at the same time they are fixing a recall item. That's just grubby money making on their part. Honda is required to rectify the problem with the airbags; the dealer is the company's agent in carrying out the work. I would also talk to Honda about getting a loan car while yours is laid up at the dealer being worked on.

The offer is a pretty standard one across the industry. The thinking is that when it's re-sprayed you will have a car that looks like new, not six years old. That's in effect what you are paying for. If you are not happy with the offer go to the consumer affairs people and enlist their help in negotiating with Honda.
That’s a long time to put up with issues like those you have experienced. It could be caused by outside interference, which makes it even harder to diagnose. Whenever it happens make careful note of when and where, and check around the location for other possible sources of interference. The most likely sources are mobile phone towers, alarms etc.
