Unleashed on the world in 2012, the ferocious Lamborghini Aventador is the stuff of supercar fantasy.
Carbon-fibre chassis? All-wheel drive? Check. Scissor doors? Check. A huge 6.5-litre V12 engine with 544kW and 690Nm? Check. Carbon-fibre composite brakes? Check. The mighty two seat mid-engined coupe was updated in 2017 and is now known as the Aventador S. It can hit 100km/h in 2.9 seconds, 200km/h in 8.8sec and 300km/h in 24.2sec, before topping out at 350km/h. Price? It depends. On the road, however, it's worth well over a million dollars… Founded in Italy in 1963, Lamborghini is now owned by the Volkswagen Group.
The most expensive new Lamborghini is the Aventador SVJ Coupe listed at $949,640. For more info on the latest model, check out our pricing and specs page, and you'll find all Lamborghini reviews and news here.
