The 2012 Mercedes-Benz B-Class carries a braked towing capacity of up to 1500 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.
Switching from run-flats will help but could be quite costly. It would be best to get smaller wheels with higher-profile tyres, and definitely not anything with an aggressive 45-series profile.
