$6,380

Toyota's mid-sized family car that was assembled in the UK had a good run of over 20 years of continuous production as the successor to the Toyota Corona.

In classic European style the Avensis was offered in four-door saloon, and five-door liftback and estate guises, with 1.6,1.8 and 2.0-litre four-cylinder configurations.

It's run ended in 2019 when Toyota reintroduced the camry into the European market, but this time only as a four-door sedan.

The line-up currently starts at $6,380 for the Avensis Verso GLX and ranges through to $10,010 for the range-topping Avensis Verso Ultima.
