The 2019 Volkswagen Multivan range of configurations is currently priced from $32,990.
Our most recent review of the 2019 Volkswagen Multivan resulted in a score of 8 out of 10 for that particular example.
Carsguide Family reviewer Nedahl Stelio had this to say at the time: When you do need a van in your life, the Volkswagen Multivan Black Edition is one of the best around. It has a more stylish interior and exterior compared with other vans, though you are paying for that privilege, has loads of space inside and it really does allow you to configure the seating and space depending on how you use it. While it is lacking slightly on safety, it does have the latest in tech and you just feel better driving it.

This is what Nedahl Stelio liked most about this particular version of the Volkswagen Multivan: Space, Flexible seating, Easy to steer
The 2019 Volkswagen Multivan carries a braked towing capacity of up to 2000 Kg, but check to ensure this applies to the configuration you're considering.
The Volkswagen Multivan 2019 prices range from $30,690 for the basic trim level Wagon Comfortline TDI340 to $52,140 for the top of the range Wagon Highline TDI450.
The seven-seat Volkswagen Multivan is huge inside, and as our review images show, more stylish than your average van. The two centre seats can be moved forward and back, and they also swivel 180 degrees. The back row can also be moved forward and back, depending on how you want to use the space. There are high gloss accents all over the place, a leather steering wheel that feels good and a leather accented gearshift. Leather seat trim is standard on Highline and Executive grades. The multimedia screen in the centre of the dashboard is small for a car this size.
The following Volkswagen Multivan is available with seven seats. All variants come with two “Captain’s seats” with swivel function in the second row, and a three-seater bench with recliner seat mechanism in the third row. The Comfortline variant comes with “Pandu” Cloth seat trim, with Nappa leather seat trim reserved for the Highline and Executive variants.
First suspicion would be that the fuel injectors need either reconditioning or replacing. Rough running, hard starting and excess black smoke are all classic symptoms of worn injectors. That said, the modern turbo-diesel is a pretty complex animal, and you could also have a problem with the emissions system (EGR valve) or maybe a build-up of soot and oil in the intake system (which could also affect any number of sensors around the engine).
Don’t forget the basics, either; something as simple as a dirty air-filter element can also cause problems just like the ones you’re having.

If you are not sure get another opinion. That would probably mean having it trucked to another location, but that’s the best thing to do to make sure the advice you are getting is correct.

I would get a second opinion on the Kia's engine before you do anything else. A sludged-up engine suggests a lack of servicing, but if no damage has occurred you might be able to salvage it. I wouldn't recommend either a Multivan or Valente, those you are looking at are too old and potentially too expensive to run and repair. A seven-seat SUV might be a better option.
