There are two grades in the C5 Aircross line-up and the Shine sits at the top of the range with its list price of $43,990.
Coming standard on the Shine is a 12.3-inch digital cluster and a 7.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, digital radio, sat nav, wireless charger, a reversing camera with 360 degree view, front and rear parking sensors and dual-zone climate control. There are also leather and fabric seats, power adjustable driver’s seat, paddle shifters, aluminium pedals, proximity key, kick-open auto tailgate, LED running lights, auto headlights and wipers, tinted rear glass, 18-inch alloy wheels and roof rails.
The Feel and Shine grades both come with the same standard safety equipment - AEB, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assistance and six airbags.
The C5 Aircross is yet to be given an ANCAP rating.
Both grades are powered by a 1.6-litre turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine making 121kW/240Nm. Fun fact: It's the same unit sitting under the bonnet of the Peugeot 3008.
Also shared with the Peugeot is the C5's six-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters.
