Audi TT 2019 FAQs

Is the Audi TT front wheel drive, rear wheel drive or AWD?

Audi has made TT models in both front wheel drive and all wheel drive in the model's history. Apart from some racing cars there haven't been any rear wheel drive models. The 4 wheel drive models are available with petrol engines, while the diesel models are front wheel drive only.

How to remove an Audi TT radio?

Position four stereo removal tools on the top and bottom corners of the radio, running horizontally rather than vertically. Gently pull outwards on the tools and the radio should slide forward. Release the tools from the locked-in position by depressing the area the tool has locked into, then slide the unit further forward and you can then unplug the radio and the airbag warning light.

Are Audi TT parts expensive?

If you only take your Audi to the dealer, you will pay a lot more than going to a good independent Audi or German car specialist. The parts for Audis are generally more expensive than for a garden variety Korean, Australian or Japanese car, but the level of engineering is also arguably much higher on an Audi than those other cars.

Audi TT 2019 Interior

The TT is a 2+2, meaning two (tight) seats in the back. It has a very limited selection of storage areas for all occupants. But the look and feel of the whole cabin is absolutely top class, and the steering wheel is a straight lift from the Audi R8, which means leather and Alcantara and a muscular heft. The Virtual Cockpit feels like something from the future we're lucky enough to play with today, and using the sat nav in particular is a joy. One hting that is missing from the dashboard is a media display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto having to be accessed through the 12.3-inch instrument cluster.

Audi TT 2019 Seats

The following Audi TT comes with four seats, including split fold rear seats. The 45 TSI Quattro comes with Alcantara and leather seat trim. As an optional extra, this variant is available with the choice of either Milano or Nappa leather upholstery. The 2.0 TSI Quattro is only available with standard seat trim.
