Many things in life can't be done twice. Being born, reading War and Peace and jumping off a decent cliff are all prime examples, but going back in time is something you can't even do once, generally speaking.
Old cars, however, do give you the chance to both go back in time, and to do something you thought you'd only get to experience once all over again. The thriving classic-car industry proves that people are willing to spend money to drive down memory lane.
