The Mazda CX-3 interior and dashboard are still one of the best in its class, despite the dash it shares with the Mazda2 dating back to 2014. Only the top Akari trim levels gets real leather, and despite what images suggest, the sTouring's trim is artificial leather.
I can’t give you a specific answer to which has the lowest cabin noise, except to say that all the leading brands are relatively quiet. I would suggest you test drive each and decide which suits your needs the best.

The following Mazda CX-3 is available with five seats, including a 60:40 split folding rear seat backrest. The Neo Sport and Maxx Sport variants both come with Black cloth seat trim. The sTouring variant is available with Black Maztex and Cloth trim. The Akari variant comes with Black leather seat trim as standard, with Pure White leather available as an optional extra. Dark Russet Nappa leather seat trim is reserved for the Akari LE variant.
