The Jeep Avenger's base model is the Longitude, which starts at $49,990 before on-road costs, while still featuring most of the same functional features as the higher grades.
That means it gets the same single-motor front-wheel-drive electric powertrain with a 54kWh lithium-ion battery and 115kW/260Nm outputs, and the same 396km driving range.
Under WLTP testing, the Avenger is rated at 15.4kWh/100km for efficiency. The biggest downside to the Longitude's system is its maximum 7kW AC charge rate (higher grades get 11kW), though it still has the same 100kW max DC charge rate.
It comes with two 10.25-inch screens inside, one for the driver instrument display and the other a touchscreen for the multimedia controls, plus satellite navigation, keyless start, adaptive cruise control and Jeep’s Selec-terrain drive mode system.

The only cost option is premium paint at $990.
While it doesn't have an ANCAP rating, the Avenger was tested by Euro NCAP and scored a somewhat disappointing three stars, with low scores in active safety and vulnerable road user protection.
