The Hyundai Ioniq 6 Epiq is the premium specification in a three-grade model line-up and costs $88,000, before on-road costs.
This dramatic all-wheel drive four-door sedan boasts one of the lowest-ever drag coefficient numbers for a production car at just 0.21. That’s lower than the super-slippery Tesla Model 3 and Porsche Taycan.
Equipment highlights include dual-zone climate control, twin 12.3-inch screens covering multimedia and instrumentation, sat nav, a head-up display, Bose eight-speaker audio (with digital radio), leather-appointed seats, 10-way power-adjustable and heated front seats, a power (hands-free) boot lid, a glass sunroof, 20-inch alloys, ventilated front ‘relaxation’ seats, digital side mirrors and a battery conditioning system.
The Ioniq 6 is just under 4.9m long and the wheelbase is close to three metres, so no surprise there’s an impressive amount of space inside the car.
