Despite being a challenging year that for periods of time (some extended) stopped us from testing cars in order to bring you reviews you’re interested in, 2020 ended up being another huge year here at CarsGuide.
Once again, we published more than one review per day, on average. In fact, by the time the year was out, we had published about 500, with some naturally more popular than others.
That said, it genuinely took us by surprise that our highest-clicking review for 2020 was CarsGuide’s dash cam comparison. It didn’t make this list, though, because it’s not about a car. So, without further ado, here are our top-10 car reviews from the year that was.

The facelifted Nissan Patrol may have arrived back in November 2019, but that didn’t stop our off-road review of the upper-large SUV’s Ti flagship published in September 2020 from doing big things. Simply put, there’s always plenty of interest in this model.

The Toyota Prado large SUV may have been given a significant update in August 2020, but it was actually our adventure review of the pre-update model’s mid-range GXL variant published in March 2020 that did enough to take home the silver medal.
